The best software gets built in warehouses, not conference rooms.
Hi y’all,
2025 was our fastest year ever — we doubled our product velocity from 2024. But the reason why is something I want our co-founders Erik and Andrew to tell you themselves, because it’s the philosophy that shapes everything we build.

Hi everyone,
You might have noticed we doubled our product velocity last year. In 2026, we’re going 2-4x faster, which means the features you’re asking for are coming faster than ever.
Here’s how: Our newest engineering hires have crossed the one-year mark, and we’re using AI to amplify what matters. But the real unlock isn’t just speed.
It’s how we decide what to build.
We dig into root causes. We challenge our assumptions. We test our thinking. That rigor is why we’re not just moving faster; we’re building the right things faster.
At the end of 2025, we sent our entire team on the road. Not for marketing. For intelligence. We walked through warehouses. Sat in dispatch offices. Rode along in trucks. Watched you work through peak season chaos in real time.
We’re event industry experts, but not all of us have built a business from scratch. Not everyone on our team has bet everything on making their dream work, scaled from solo operator to real infrastructure, or felt the weight of every decision when it’s your name on the door.
When they see firsthand what it takes to move a warehouse, automate a manual process, or scale to a new volume tier, it builds empathy for what you live every day. Then, when it’s time to build, they know whose day they’re going to change.
That understanding changes what we build. Goodshuffle Pro can do a lot. The key is making sure we bring the right solutions to the problems you’re facing most. When we’re in the field talking to you, it becomes very clear what those are.
Every time we go out and talk to you, it’s invigorating seeing the impact we have on your lives. That energy is what lets us build this fast without cutting corners.
And the work is never done. We can’t ivory tower solutions. We need to get them into your hands and get real-world feedback from operators like you. That’s why we ship fast and iterate: v1, v1.1, v1.2. If you’re not happy with a particular feature, keep your ears peeled and keep telling us. Your feedback is what makes the next version better.
That’s the loop. We get out there. We listen. We build rigorously. We iterate based on what you tell us. And we do it faster every year with you as our partners.
