What we’re building in 2026 (and why)

The software that keeps up with your clients (and your ambitions).

Hi y’all,

Clients are more last-minute than ever. They want hyper-customization. They expect Amazon-level convenience. And you’re supposed to deliver all of that while running a business.

Our founders Andrew and Erik are taking over this week to walk you through what we’re building in 2026 and why. Spoiler: we’re going 2-4x faster than last year, and it’s all focused on three core objectives.

Mallory Mullen

Hi everyone,

When we were on warehouse tours at the end of 2025, the conversations that made people lean forward were about capturing more business. How to use data inside Goodshuffle Pro to optimize marketing campaigns. How to reorient sales motion. That’s what we’re solving for.

So we’ve locked in for 2026 on these 3 core objectives:

  1. Cut in half the back-and-forth messages between you and your client
  2. Cut in half the back and forth communication between people on your team
  3. Build an even more powerful client experience that has never existed before

You’ve seen the speed your clients now expect from you. The good news is: Technology doesn’t need a lot of time to do things. It can automate or significantly reduce the time you spend on repetitive work. That’s where Goodshuffle Pro shines.

Here’s what’s launching soon:

  • Goodshuffle Pro is now available in Spanish and French. This has already launched across the entire platform — help articles included. This’ll make it easier to find the right talent and have them hit the ground running.
  • We’re rebuilding core screens in the platform. New project list, directory updates, inventory and revenue columns woven into key screens so you can make data-oriented decisions much faster. This is advanced CRM and sales intelligence, and it launches in the first half of 2026.
  • Dispatching is getting smarter. Salespeople will get immediate feedback when building orders: “That day’s not available, this is a better time.” Warehouse managers will see what’s coming sooner. And if you haven’t checked out mobile and barcode scanning recently, that’s where you should look next.

We think about both the now and the future. We’re constantly improving what you use today based on your feedback, while also pattern matching for the problems you’ll face three months from now.

We’ve been working 10 years to get to 2026. We’re eager. We’re excited. And we’re building this with you.

Come see what it’s all about,
